Average Sold Price was $206,290. Comparison to last month: Increased 1% from $204,896. Comparison to this month last year: Decreased 1% from $208,335.
Current Inventory is 7.17 months. Comparison to last month: Decreased from 10 months. Comparison to this month last year: Remained closely the same from 7.14 months.
Average Days on Market were 99. Comparison to last month: Held closely to 97 days. Comparison to this month last year: Increased from 86 days.
So what do all these numbers mean?
Average Sales prices holding steady makes me happy! So does the increase in units! Don’t get excited though. I still think we will see some rollercoaster dips before we level out. Take a look at the graph below. This compares monthly average sales prices in Ascension between 2009 and 2010 by month. Wow!
