Current Inventory is 5.25 months. Comparison to last month: Decreased from 6.37 months. Comparison to this month last year: Increased slightly from 5.09 months.
Average Days on Market were 105. Comparison to last month: Increased slightly from 100 days. Comparison to this month last year: Increased from 61 days.
So what do all these numbers mean?
Things are looking well in Ascension! With units and sales prices on the rise and inventory reducing, things can’t look much better! I am very excited to see this activity in our market. Sellers are getting 97.41% of their asking price so there is a little room to negotiate!
