Average Days on Market were 99. Comparison to last month: Increased from 76 days. Comparison to this month last year: Increased from 89 days.
So what do all these numbers mean?
Love to see the activity we have in our market! With unit sales on the rise and inventory decreasing, buyers and sellers may be on the same page. Sellers are pricing their homes to sell and buyers are making wise investment choices. The historic interest rates are fueling this activity and I believe the buyers taking advantage of this will be happy with their decisions in the years to come.
