Current Inventory is 7.34 months. Comparison to last month: Increased from 5.9 months. Comparison to this month last year: Decreased from 10.35 months.
Average Days on Market were 78. Comparison to last month: Decreased from 101 days. Comparison to this month last year: Decreased from 105 days.
So what do all these numbers mean?
The Holidays are upon us! Historically, the real estate market slows down during the holidays. That doesn’t mean that it stops. There is still plenty of activity due to transferees moving in and out with our Chemical Companies and other Industrial entities in the area, as well as local transitions within our area.
